When You’ve Tried “Everything”

When people suffer from high cholesterol, it always seems like that’s not the only problem. It could of course lead to heart disease problems.  But it’s often coupled with high blood pressure, and it can be associated with type 2 diabetes, all obesity related problems.  OF course, you can also get joint problems.  That goes to the extreme that I’ve seen people break car seats, which I’ve only seen happen once, ever, and there are common joint problems, generally in the knees with so much pressure placed upon them.  And the interesting thing is sometimes they seem to do nothing about it.  I should rephrase that actually.  I’ve known quite a few people with high cholesterol, and though this is not always the case, it seems to be quite prevalent.  They take prescriptions, try therapy programs, try natural programs, they basically do “everything”, everything but actually dieting and exercising.  I mean it’s great if you for example have garlic and strawberries in a pill.  But those do not substitute for a healthy diet and exercise program that would include those two foods.  So basically, what I’m saying is that you have to remember to help yourself before you really say you’ve tried “everything.”
